Initial Commission Split: 70% of the commission goes to the agent. Meridian Realty receives R240,000 (excluding VAT) within a 12-month period.
Full Commission to Agent: Once Meridian Realty’s share of the commission within a 12-month cycle reaches R240,000 (excluding VAT), the agent will receive 100% of the commission for the rest of their cycle. *Terms and conditions apply.
Transaction Fee: A transaction fee of R2,000 applies to all registered transactions after the agent has reached their commission CAP and will remain in effect until the end of their CAP cycle.
